Synchrotron X-Ray Scattering

     Synchrotron X-ray can be accelerated in the storage rings to have high energy for scientific and technical purposes. We have many years experience using synchrotron X-ray to investigate various materials in our research. We use wide-angle X-ray to study structure order at the molecular level, and use small-angle X-ray to study aggregations at nano- and micro- length scales. The facilities we have used include Diamond Light Source (Oxford, United Kingdom) and Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (Shanghai, China)
