In this work, the routinely-used PM6 polymer donor is modulated into cylindrical shaped polycrystalline structure via solvent vapor diffusion method, and exhibits enhanced p-p stacking and prolonged exciton lifetime compared to regular PM6. When utilized as extra component to tune the molecular-organization process of regular PM6:L8-BO system, it enables efficiency improvement from 18.0% to 19.3% in 100 nm thick device and 16.2% to 17.2% in 300 nm-thick device.
