Light Emitting Diodes

Light emitting diodes (LEDs) compose thin films of molecules that generate light upon the application of electricity. These devices are more energy efficient and can be mechanically-flexible.  Fascinating LED products include LED TVs and flexible displays. We are fabricating LED devices based on various light-emitting polymers and organic-inorganic perovskite materials, using different thin film deposition methods.
